The Easter march

1934

On Easter Sunday 1934 the lodge assembled at the temple and walked together into Norhill Methodist Church, attending services “in a body.” It is one of the era’s most cinematic images: the fraternity, at its civic peak, processing through the Heights on Easter morning.
