The lodge builds again

Thirteen years after leaving Eleventh and Harvard, Reagan Lodge dedicated its own new hall at 1606 Heights Boulevard on December 31, 1948, a Neoclassical building designed by its own past master, L. R. Hayes. The lodge’s membership had roughly doubled across the 1940s, from the low six hundreds to 1,278, with 158 initiates in 1948 alone.

The lodge that lost its temple in the Depression had, within a generation, built another. It remains active there today.
